Terms of Service
1. Who we are
The Claude Code Pro University program and this website (the "Program") are owned and operated by AI Profit University LLC (the "Company," "we," "us"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Program, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Program.
2. The Program
The Program is an online education product that includes video lessons, downloadable templates and software agents, a certification assessment, community access, live sessions, and certain done-for-you services described at checkout (collectively, the "Materials"). The Program is educational: it teaches skills; it does not perform services for your business except where a deliverable is explicitly described (e.g., the custom agent build).
3. Purchases, pricing, and billing
- The enrollment fee is a one-time payment at the price displayed at checkout (currently $47.97). Prices may change for future cohorts; the price you pay is the price shown when you purchase.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase.
4. The Ship-Something Guarantee (refunds)
Plain-language version: if within 30 days of your purchase you have not shipped something you're satisfied with — or you simply decide the Program isn't for you — email us at support@claudeprouniversity.com from the address you used at checkout and we will refund 100% of your payment, no questions asked. You keep the Command Vault bonus.
- Refund requests must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 1 business day of the request (bank posting times vary).
- Upon refund, your access to the Program (except the Command Vault) ends, and any license granted under Section 5 terminates.
- Anti-abuse: we may decline repeat purchase-and-refund cycles by the same person or payment method.
5. License and reseller rights
- Course content: you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the lessons and Materials for your own learning and business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish the course content itself.
- The 99 agents: your enrollment includes a commercial license to deploy the included AI agents for yourself and your clients, and to resell them as part of your own services. You keep what you charge. You may not resell or sublicense the agent library as a standalone competing product, and you may not represent the agents as your own original authorship for the purpose of re-licensing the library itself.
- Certification mark: after passing certification you may describe yourself as "Claude Code Pro Certified" and display the badge we issue. The certification is a credential of this Program and may not be presented as a credential from any AI vendor.
6. Educational disclaimer — no earnings guarantee
We make no promises of income, clients, or business results. Any references to reselling, client work, or business outcomes describe what your license permits and what the training covers — not results you should expect. Outcomes depend on your effort, skill, market, and factors outside our control. Nothing in the Program is legal, financial, or tax advice.
7. Third-party tools and trademarks
The Program teaches the use of Claude Code, a product of Anthropic. The Company and the Program are independent of, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic, used solely to identify the subject of instruction. A Claude subscription is sold separately by Anthropic, is subject to Anthropic's own terms, and is required to follow along with the builds. We are not responsible for third-party services, their pricing, or their availability.
8. Acceptable use
- Don't share your login, scrape the Materials, or use the Program to build unlawful, deceptive, or harmful software.
- Community spaces and live sessions: no harassment, spam, or self-promotion outside designated channels. We may remove access for abuse (with a refund if within the guarantee window).
9. Intellectual property
All Materials are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the licenses expressly granted in Section 5, no rights are transferred to you. Software you build using skills learned in the Program is yours.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Program is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Materials, your services to your own clients, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
