This Privacy Policy explains how AI Profit University LLC ("Company," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or purchase the Claude Code Pro University program (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide: name, email address, and billing details when you purchase or contact support; onboarding answers you submit (e.g., your niche and workflow for the custom-agent bonus); anything you post in community spaces.
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing metadata; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Automatically collected: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referral source, and interactions with the site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
2. Advertising pixels and analytics
We use analytics tools and advertising pixels — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar technologies from other ad platforms — to measure site performance, understand how visitors use the Services, and show and measure relevant ads. These tools may set cookies and receive information about your visit (such as pages viewed and purchase events). You can limit ad personalization through your platform settings (e.g., Meta Ad Preferences) and your browser's cookie controls.
3. How we use information
- To deliver the program: account access, content delivery, the custom-agent build, scheduling your 1:1 call, and issuing certifications.
- To process payments and honor the guarantee/refund policy.
- To send service emails (receipts, access details) and, with the ability to unsubscribe at any time, marketing emails.
- To improve the Services and measure advertising effectiveness.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, hosting, customer support tooling, community platforms, and analytics/advertising partners (e.g., Meta, Google) as described above.
- Legal recipients when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers if the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (your information remains subject to this policy).
5. Cookies and your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not function without essential cookies.
- You can opt out of personalized ads via Meta Ad Preferences, Google Ad Settings, and industry tools such as aboutads.info.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message; service emails (receipts, access) are sent regardless.
6. Data retention
We keep purchase and certification records for as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify them. You may request deletion earlier (see Section 7); some records (e.g., transaction history) must be retained by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" as those terms are defined by law. To exercise any right, email support@claudeprouniversity.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security and international transfers
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information; no system is 100% secure. The Services are operated from the United States — if you access them from elsewhere, you consent to processing in the United States.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
